We wish to thank our loving friends and loyal patients. Thanks to Dr. Robert Molinaro, Dr. Thomas Bono, Dr.  Larry Kanning, Dr. Roger Suchman, Dr. Richard Lanning, and Dr. James Hobbs for your time spent at his office. Diane and Shelly, you were treasured employees.

The family would also like to express their gratitude to Dr. Bryan Bownik, Dr. James Hall, Dr. Phillip Hylton, and Dr. Sara Taylor. Last of all, Mike McRobert, we thank you for all you did.
